Every piece we make is made from your own flowers, so all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
This is not a technicality. Your bouquet is taken apart, pressed and rebuilt petal by petal into a piece that exists only for you. It cannot be resold, and the flowers cannot be replaced.
Payment is taken in full when you order. We do not take deposits. Buying at the time you book means it is one less thing to remember during wedding planning.
If your plans change before your flowers reach us, please contact us as soon as you can at hello@preservemypetals.com. All sales are final and we are not obligated to refund or rebook an order, but we are a small studio and we are usually able to work something out.
If your piece is damaged, tell us within 24 hours of collecting it, or within 48 hours of delivery if it was shipped, with a photograph. Please check your piece when you pick it up.
If we are unable to complete your order, we will tell you right away and refund you for the part of the work we could not do.
Resin pieces yellow gradually over time, and faster in direct sunlight. This is a natural property of resin rather than a defect, and it is not grounds for a refund. See the care notes in our Terms of Service.
Color change in pressed flowers is natural and is not grounds for a refund either. We correct color by hand, and UV Conservation Clear glass slows fading, but nothing stops it completely.
