You don't need to live locally. Ship your wedding, memorial or celebration flowers to our studio in West Bloomfield, Michigan from anywhere in the United States, and we'll ship your finished pieces back to you.
1. Order online. Choose your frame or keepsake, then choose shipping at checkout so we can send your finished pieces back to you. You'll see the rate before you pay, and your contract arrives by email within the hour.
2. Ship your flowers. As soon as you can after your event, ideally the next day, send them by overnight or 2-day shipping. We prefer UPS, and any UPS Store can take your box. After you book, we email our address and a one-page packing guide, so a parent or a friend can do the shipping for you.
3. We let you know they're here. Email your tracking number to hello@preservemypetals.com, and we'll email you when your flowers arrive safely.
4. We press your flowers. Most pieces are complete in 6 to 9 months.
5. Your pieces are ready to ship! We ship finished pieces by UPS Ground, packed box in box on firm foam and insured for their value. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
These are the same steps as the packing guide we email you.
1. Wrap a heavily damp paper towel around the stems (and a soft ice pack if available).
2. Cover the stems only with a Ziploc or plastic bag, secured with a rubber band. Do not let the bag touch the petals.
3. Stand the flowers upright in a sturdy box, stems down. Never lay them down.
4. Fill the space around them with crumpled paper towel. No plastic, bubble wrap or anything artificial near the petals; they will not make it.
5. Add any extra petals or flowers you have.
6. Write “FRAGILE” on the box, and put a note inside with your full name, phone number and event date.

You can bring your flowers to our porch drop box the Monday after your event, any time between 7am and 7pm.
Your bouquet is never pressed the way it arrives. We take it apart, press every flower, then rebuild each one petal by petal so roses and peonies look full again rather than flat. We correct color by hand with artist pigments, and every framed piece is finished in solid wood behind UV conservation glass that blocks up to 99% of UV rays.
